By amending appendices No. 3 “Allocation of expenditures of the State Budget of Ukraine for 2014”, approved by the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2014”, the Law increases consumption expenditures of the Central Fund of the Central Election Commission for financing a new budgetary programme on “holding elections of the President of Ukraine” (code 6731040) by UAH 1965,5 million.
The necessity of adopting the law was predetermined by the decision of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to set early elections of the President of Ukraine for May 25, 2014.
The respective bill was registered under No. 4229.
